DEAL
Southeast Newest Deal
Southeast Newest Deal is an infrastructure-development initiative of Inclusive Forward Movement, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The project is in active research and development and begins by examining the Atlanta Downtown Connector (I-75/I-85) as a framework for integrating transportation, public space, environmental systems and regional connectivity.
COMPLEXITY UNDERNEATH.
INFRASTRUCTURE DOESN’T HAVE TO DO ONE THING.
Southeast Newest Deal explores what becomes possible when transportation, infrastructure, public space, environmental systems and regional connectivity are conceived together rather than separately.

START WITH
WHAT EXISTS.
The Atlanta Downtown Connector (I-75/I-85) moves through the center of Atlanta while also dividing neighborhoods, consuming public space and concentrating infrastructure in a single purpose.
WHAT IF THE SAME GROUND COULD DO MORE?
ATLANTA IS
THE BEGINNING.
A regional infrastructure vision can begin with one place: transforming a barrier through the heart of Atlanta into a framework for movement, landscape and connection.
THE VISION IS LARGE.
THE WORK IS SPECIFIC.
Southeast Newest Deal is being developed as a staged undertaking. Each step narrows uncertainty, tests assumptions and builds the evidence required for the next.
FROM IDEA TO INFRASTRUCTURE.
ACTIVE RESEARCH
& DEVELOPMENT.
The project is presently focused on research, feasibility, design development and the institutional relationships required to evaluate the vision responsibly.
ONE VISION.
MANY SYSTEMS.
